Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order when it is in the "Order In Progress" status. Please note that orders in "Shipped" status cannot be canceled.

My order was prepaid, how will I get a refund?

If your order is prepaid, we will proceed with the refund within 4 days and notify you. Your refund will be credited to your thetribesstore credit. You can either use the store credit to make a new purchase or withdraw it into a bank account.
However, If you have used a paypal or any other bank credit card, your refund will be processed directly into your bank account, After the refund has been processed by thetribesstore. It may take up to 3 - 7 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account

My order has been shipped but I still want to cancel it.

If your order has been shipped, not to worry, once you are contacted by our delivery agent, kindly reject the delivery of the shipped order.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

You can request a return online by clicking on My Order in your account. You may also send us a chat or an email so that we can guide you through the process.

Can I change my refund option anytime?

No Please. We do not have this feature for now.

How long will it take to return an item and get my refund?

Once I initiate a return, what happens next?

When you initiate a return, we shall go ahead and create a shipping label for the item. Our delivery service agent will call you to schedule a retrieval. There will be 2 attempts made to retrieve the item(s) in 3 business days. If the attempts fail, the customer is expected to drop-off the item at the nearest office of the courier service indicated in the return shipping label within 24hours, failing which your item will no longer be eligible for return.
If you initially picked-up your package from our operational base in Savannah or chose to drop-off there, please take the items back to our operational base.

What happens if I miss both attempts to retrieve my return?

You are expected to drop-off the item at the nearest office of the courier service indicated in the return shipping label within 24hours. Failing which your return request will be cancelled and you will no longer be able to return that item.

Can I return my item after the stated returns timeline?

You will not be able to return Store items after 14 days. For more information on our Return policy please click here

I initiated a return and requested for pickup at my home, but no one came & it has been a while, what should I do?

We apologize for this. Please send us a chat and we will respond as soon as possible.

Once retrieval of my package is done, how long will it take to be refunded?

Once the returned item gets to us, you will get a refund within 48hrs.

My return has been collected for a while, but still no news, what should I do?

Thetribesstore tells me they have done a Paypal transfer but I have not received the money, what should I do?

It takes 1-5 business days for the money to reflect in your account. Please contact us if it you still haven’t received your refund after this time. Go to refund policy for more details.

How do I track my return status?

You shall be duly notified by the Courier service listed on the Return Shipping Label as soon as your return item is on 'Shipped' Status. If you have any question please send us a chat or an email at [email protected]

Is my product under warranty?

No please, we do not offer warranty on any of our products.

Do I have to return all products in my order?

If your order contains more than a pair of footwear, you may return any PAIR. If you ordered just one pair of footwear, please return the entire order. 

Do I have to return the gift when I return a product?

Yes, any free gift must also be returned.

Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product?

There are no charges for shipping a product back to thetribesstore as long as the return is in line with our refund policy  

Can I Replace or Exchange an item rather than a refund?

At the moment, thetribesstore does not offer replacement or exchange of an item; however you can still return an item and receive a full refund.

Why was my item redelivered to me instead of a refund?

Returned items will be redelivered to you if the return is not in line with the refund policy.
