Domestic Shipping Policy
We ship ONLY to customers/addresses in the United States of America and in Canada. We currently DO NOT ship outside the United States & Canada.
Shipment processing time
Some orders qualify for free delivery, depending on locations. For standard delivery, all other orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipment may be delayed for few days if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, telephone or any means of communication provided at checkout.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Except where otherwise stated, shipping charges/rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time
5-7 business days for all purchases that meet certain delivery criteria. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
We DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes and certain addresses. We reserve the right to refuse shipment if we or our delivery partner determines there are adverse conditions at shipping address that may endanger our personnel. Such shall be communicated to buyer and refunds will be issued in the event we are unable to agree on alternate, safe delivery location.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
IPSS LLC., is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
